Business record must be organized and detailed. It is important for the company to have an organize record because it makes the function of the company more understandable. It also help to see the progress and the weaknesses of the company. Business records will help both the employer and employees to be more productive. Thats why it is needed to be organize and detailed.

Business record must be accurate and reliable. It is important because the success of the company will also depend on it. Wrong information or wrong constructing of the record will give an impact to the company. Also, there will be a chance that it may violates the law.

Business record is a must in every companies or firms. It would help the people within the organization to know what are the things that they need to maintain and improve. Without business records, businesses or firms will not progress.
